President Volodymyr Zelensky said that all temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine would be liberated, so if Russian troops do not leave from there, they will be destroyed.

Zelensky’s direct speech: “I will not talk about specific things, because we cannot give the terrorists from the Russian Federation an opportunity to prepare for our methods and steps for de-occupation. But we will do it, and they must know this. They still have time to leave from there otherwise we will destroy them.”
Details : The President did not say exactly when the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be ready for a counteroffensive, but assured that the military is preparing “to be strong in battle and de-occupy our land.”
It is also reported that on the anniversary of the liberation of the village of Yagodnoe, Zelensky visited a school in the basement of which Russian invaders held civilians hostage for almost a month.
Together with the President, the school was visited by German Vice-Chancellor Robert Gabeck, the German Ambassador to Ukraine Anka Feldhusen, and the head of the OP Andriy Yermak.
- On March 3, 2022, Russian invaders entered Yagodnoye, Chernihiv region. They kicked the residents out of their homes and herded them into the school basement.
- In the basement of the school with an area of 197 sq. m, the invaders held 367 people , including 50 children and several babies, the smallest child was 1.5 months old.
- 11 villagers died, unable to withstand the inhuman conditions, another 10 were shot by the Russians.
